About the Depot
FURNITURE, EQUIPMENT, AND KITCHEN
The following is available for use by renters and is included in the rental rate:

Furniture:
  • 90 folding chairs
  • (6x) 8’ rectangular tables
  • (2x) 6’ rectangular tables 
  • (1x) Square card tables
  • (1x) Lectern
  • Warming kitchen
  • Heat & air conditioning
  • (2x) Accessible bathrooms with baby
    ​changing tables
  • Vacuum cleaner 
  • (2x) 13 gallon trash barrels 

Sound and Projection Systems:
  • Sound system with four wall-mounted speakers
  • Ceiling-mounted projector
  • Microphone
  • WiFi
  • HDMI and VGA cables

Renters must provide their own computer or input device.

Kitchen Facility includes:
  • Convection oven
  • Refrigerator/freezer
  • (2x) Hot plates
  • (2x) Sinks
  • Cleaning supplies

(Does not include linens, dishware, flatware, serving utensils, platters or coffee urns)

​SIZE AND CAPACITY
Maximum capacity for a standing reception is 115 individuals.

​
The Depot can seat up to 75 people comfortably for a
​sit-down meal or about 
100 people seated auditorium style.

Dimensions of Depot interior: 64’ x 24’ wide

RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
  • It is highly recommended that prospective renters tour the Depot before renting to ensure that they understand the rental requirements and are familiar with the space.
  • The Depot is a non-smoking facility. Open flames of any type, including candles and sterno, are prohibited.
  • Nothing may be hung on the walls, windows, window frames or pillars, or taped to the rug.
  • No seating may be arranged outside.
  • ALL alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender, and stay within the Depot.
  • Glitter and confetti are prohibited.
  • Food served in the Depot must adhere to the Town of Lexington Health Department guidelines.
  • Renters are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up.
