Duties
Collections volunteers work with objects in the Society’s historic houses and in storage. They help with curatorial cleaning, inventory, updating the database, and cataloguing new items in the collection. They also help with exhibit fabrication and installation.
Location & Hours
Volunteers help at the historic houses or at the Depot. The hours vary depending on the project.
Commitment
Volunteer opportunities in Collections are irregular. In addition to occasional exhibit projects, volunteers are needed a few times per year to clean the historic houses.
